Terms and Conditions for Events organized by BridgeBrain GmbH

1. Registration

Registration for events, seminars, and workshops (hereinafter referred to as "events") organized by BridgeBrain GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer") must be made in writing, either online via the BridgeBrain website, by email, fax, or post.By registering, you as a participant acknowledge these terms and conditions. Registrations will be processed in the order they are received. Once confirmed by the organizer, your registration becomes binding upon written confirmation (via email, fax, or post), subject to the following regulations.

2. Participation Fees for Events and Payment Due Date

The invoice for the participation fees is usually issued simultaneously with the registration confirmation. The participation fee is due 14 days after receipt of the invoice.The fee includes participation costs, including announced event materials and refreshments during event times. However, it does not cover accommodation costs, parking fees, travel expenses, or meals outside of the event times.

3. Cancellation by Participants

Registrations for events can be canceled free of charge up to 90 days before the event start date. The cancellation must be in writing or sent via email to info@bridgebrain.com to be effective; verbal cancellations will not be accepted. For cancellations made from 90 days before the event start date, 30% of the participation fee will be charged. Cancellations made within four weeks of the event start date will incur a charge of 50% of the participation fee. Cancellations made within one week of the event start date will be charged 70% of the participation fee. In case of a no-show, the full participation fee will be charged.

4. Changes to Program and Event Cancellations by the Organizer

We ask for your understanding that we, as the organizer, reserve the right to make changes to the planned program, such as the replacement of individual speakers at short notice or adjustments to the focus of the announced content and program points due to situational factors.Additionally, we request your understanding if we need to cancel events entirely—e.g., due to insufficient participant numbers, pandemic-related reasons, official orders, and/or force majeure. Further claims are excluded, except in cases of deliberate or grossly negligent behavior by employees or other agents of the organizer.

5. Liability

Participation in all events is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for damages resulting from accidents or loss/theft of items brought into the event space, particularly clothing or valuables. Exceptions are damages resulting from deliberate or grossly negligent behavior by employees or other agents of the organizer.

6. Copyright

Materials issued by the organizer for the event are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, forwarded, or otherwise used—whether in whole or in part—without the written consent of the organizer. They are intended solely for the participant(s) of the event.

7. Data Protection

Regarding the processing of personal data of our event participants, please refer to our privacy policy.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies exclusively. To the extent legally permissible, Königstein im Taunus is agreed upon as the place of jurisdiction.
