Expertise
Ann-Kathrin Löhr (1980) is a consultant for companies in transition. Through her extensive experience working in her own and with other family businesses she is an expert in harmonizing internal dynamics with external requirements. Her special area of expertise is taking on various roles and different perspectives. Managing paradoxes and transformation as well as mobilizing internal potential  is her main focus.  

As a bold sparring’s partner and trained agile coach with strong dialogic competency she is - in collaboration with her clients – unlocking room for change, reformation and transformation. In this process she is supporting individuals, teams and organizations to start to take action by learning.  

Ann-Kathrin studied economics, philosophy and cultural reflection at the University of Witten / Herdecke. After that she held various managerial, operational positions in the family business and thereby experienced and shaped organizational processes from different perspectives. She continues to be associated with the company in an active shareholder role. Given her many years of industry experience in logistics, complex systems in the logistics industry are her key area of expertise – this also makes her a highly valued board member in the German “Bundesverband der Logistik”.

In her youth Ann-Kathrin did high-performance sports and was European champion in military riding. She loves to be in nature and enjoys to go dancing. And last but not least, she is the mother of a son who is very interested in cacti.
